Spacious apartment on the 4th floor of an atmospheric building. High ceilings, large staircase. With elevator. Recently renovated. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds and bedding completely new. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine. Friendly host.

The quality of the renovation could use more attention (paint stains, lack of hangers, wobbly front door). Entrance to the building is smelly. Located at a busy street so take your earplugs. No parking in front of the building.
