The location. In the middle of the old city. The owner is really nice!! Very very comfortable! Nice place, quiet. Masque nearby and you can’t hear it. Every thing in the apartment to cook and live.

The neighbor under the place has a dog that pees and more, and the smell gos up the stairs. There is 20 stiff stairs so it’s better to bring backpack and not suit cases

The interior of the apartment was beautifully renovated. The furniture and bed were quite comfortable.

We spent some time searching for the actual entrance to the apartment. The kind host informed us about some instructions, but not which entrance or floor to look for, which was quite unnerving given the unfriendly demeanor of some locals around, especially during these times. Eventually, a friendly Arab lady kindly directed us to the apartment. Moreover, due to the political situation, our GPS was inactive, adding to our anxiety. However, this was certainly not the fault of the apartment owner. In such circumstances, clearer instructions on finding the apartment would have been greatly appreciated. Carrying our luggage up the steep stairs was challenging, especially with the close proximity of Arab families living nearby. We could hear conversations late into the night, and the apartment's location on a noisy corner exacerbated the situation. The call to prayer from the nearby mosque echoed loudly throughout the night and early morning, disrupting our sleep significantly. While we are familiar with the regularity of the Muezzin prayers in Akko, the lack of sound insulation meant that the calls felt overwhelmingly loud, lasting more than 15 minutes at 5 in the morning and again at 9. The overall atmosphere at this particular corner felt tense and unsettling. Comparatively, we've stayed in other locations in Akko where the call to prayer was less intrusive due to thicker windows and a more welcoming environment. Additionally, the unpleasant odor emanating from the shower, located directly in the sleeping area, was quite off-putting. We had hoped it would dissipate with water usage, but unfortunately, it persisted.

It was a very charming apt. Location was a close walk to all the major tourist sites. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Communication with the host was very good.

The location was very central to all the historic sites. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The instructions for finding the apartment were very thorough.

We super liked the design both on the esthetic and the practical side and the location of the suite is very comfortable too.

We liked it all.
