The apartment is very spacious and bright, which is perfect for a large family. The living room with kitchen was especially nice for meals and relaxing. The location is convenient with bus and tram stops nearby, though it’s not ideal if you want to walk to the beach, especially with children. On the downside, the apartment could use some renovation, and the system for changing towels and bed linen felt inconvenient since we had to do it ourselves. Collecting the keys at a different building was also a bit uncomfortable when arriving with luggage. Overall, the stay was good and comfortable, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of service and quality.

La atención que tienen los encargados es fenomenal y la instalación es hermosa y muy impecable , la ubicación perfecta está cerca de todo lo turístico de Alicante y volveria mil veces a este lugar si pudiera , demasiado cómodo.

Appartement située sur une des avenues principales de la ville, avec tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur de l'appartement et à proximité pour notre séjour: nous avons particulièrement apprécié les parasols fournis pour la plage, la réactivité de l'hôte et la proximité des commerces, cafés, bars et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied. On y retournera avec plaisir

L'emplacement central de l'appartement fait qu'il y a beaucoup de bruits dans la rue. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir mais il faut le savoir.

The location was great. You could walk everywhere and there were great restaurants and cafes and pastry shops very close by. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and just as the photos showed it would be. There was a “Mercadona” about 2 minutes walk away and a great bakery/cafe almost right next door.

The noise of the street was loud sometimes especially during the late hours when the garbage and recycle trucks came by. The neighbours above the apartment and the neighbour next door on the same floor were loud at late hours as well. I could hear the conversation of the next door neighbour a few nights after midnight. The noise of the street seemed louder than normal, I think, partly because the seal on the one door/window of the corner door in the living room didn’t totally seal properly. We did not open it at all but noticed that the noise was louder in front of the door that faced Alfonso y El Sabio. Other than that, our stay was great!
