The Lucky Flats - Luceros

Specious apartment, super localization, we asked for baby crib and it was provided. Each room equipped with tv, two specious bathroom. AC functional and working. Kitchen fully equipped.

During 2 weeks stay there was no cleaning service, furniture in the kitchen were used and dirty in some places , Skirting boards devastated in the corners - should be replaced, armchair super dirty - impossible to use.

Very spacious and convenient central location.

The reception staff decided to let herself in the flat without our consent because she knocked and could hear our voices; she said she had to let someone carry out a 20 minute pipe inspection without us being notified in advance. It ruined our last day as we weren't expecting something like this and it could have scared our children.

The hosts responded to queries promptly prior to arrival and were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Very central and clean and great size

Very noisy from the road and road works . Especially in the bedrooms. Plus we got stuck in the lift for 30 mins .

The location and the view.

Could have been more clean. There were white spots on the headboard of the bed, dust and bread crumbs here and there. Another thing we did not like, was that the windows were very dirty. It wad a shame as the view was superb.

Spacious, modern, well located for exploring the city. Close to supermarket, public transport, restaurants/cafes. Port and beach a 10min walk away. Plenty of space for a family of 5 in the apartment. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a super king bed in main bedroom.

A lot of traffic noise in the main bedroom which was basically 24 hours a day. Better windows would probably help with this.

Great apartment, very light and clean and a perfect location. 12 minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. We were very surprised by the size of the apartment. It feels huge. And all the utilities you need are there.

The cooking pans are very unsafe. The Teflon is flaking off. They need to be replaced immediately. But that's the only negative feedback. The rest is amazing.

The freezer as all iced up and should have been checked before arrival. The boiler was turned off and it took us a while to realize so we had cold showers
