Das Zimmer hat 2 Betten, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine Terrasse mit 2 Stühlen und einem Wäschegestell. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Auf dem Gelände sind Liegen, die man nutzen kann. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ca 300m vom Zentrum Anacapri und 200m von San Michele entfernt. 200m von der Seilbahn auf den Monte Solaro.

Als wir ankamen, gab uns die Reinigungskraft den Code für den Schlüssel und ging. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mangelhaft. Anfragen unsererseits wurden nur immer mit Gegenfragen beantwortet. Die vorhandene Mikrowelle war schmutzig, es fehlte der Teller innen, es dauerte so ewig, bis Wasser warm wurde. Es gab keinerlei Geschirr, oder Besteck oder Gläser.

This is insane how bad management is decreasing the value of his property! Based on my needs, location exceeded my expectations. Walking distance to bus/taxi station, Seggiovia di Monte Solaro, belvedere, supermarket Deco, etc. Beautiful property, nice terrace, clean common area and spacious room. Calm.

No heating, AC warm up settings are blocked. I stayed in April. Over 24h the temperature changes between 10-18ºC hence the humidity rises and room turns into a cold hamam. Humidity doesn't do good to walls and furniture. There is a small "pre-historic" electric heater that changes nothing except numbers in electricity bills, I assume. Probably, that's not an issue in summer but I felt cold and all my clothes were affected by that. Communication was immediate but kinda careless. Very detailed check-in video but with a wrong room-number. Had to ask more questions to find out why I can't get inside. Same with basics like shampoo and stuff. You don't have to provide anything, but if you announce that on booking.com then be so kind to offer them. Simply because it's not easy to get it immediately on the island where shops are limited and closed for the afternoon brake. So my resolution is that it's s a high-potential property for a pleasant vaca on the Island. But it requires some managerial action!

It has a great location, near the Axel Munthe museum, the Scala Fenicia, the hike to Monte Solaro, the chairlift to Monte Solaro, the bus stop to Capri Marina Grande, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and its staff are helpful and friendly

Nulla solo che si trova a Capri

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato molto deludente. La struttura appare trascurata: nel bagno c’era presenza di muffa, odore di fogna il copri water rovinato la bacchetta delle tende era arrugginita la luce del bagno idem e persino l’armadio mostrava evidenti segni di ruggine. Le porte sembravano semplicemente riutilizzate e dipinte male, senza alcuna cura. La camera non è insonorizzata e si sentivano chiaramente i rumori degli altri ospiti ( anche nei momenti di intimità) rendendo difficile riposare. Raggiungere la struttura non è semplice: si trova in cima a una grande salita, poco illuminata di notte. All’ingresso erano presenti mosche e nella stanza ho trovato addirittura dei millepiedi. Il fratello del proprietario aveva enfatizzato la presenza di un terrazzo privato, ma era in realtà abbandonato, con una ringhiera di legno malridotta che sembrava sul punto di cedere. Anche il giardino non era curato e presentava un forte odore di feci di cane; la mattina inoltre, siamo stati svegliati dal continuo abbaiare del cane. Non ci sono le tapparelle solo una tenda oscurante ma lateralmente la luce penetra. Considerando lo stato complessivo della struttura e i numerosi disagi, il costo di 170 euro a notte è assolutamente ingiustificabile.
