The property is not that bad as seen in most of the reviews. When we arrived, the property was clean, and neat. The bed seems not to nake noises anymore. The property was relatively cheap so I really did not expect a luxurious feels in the property. But it was pretty comfortable.

Location was ok but far from Sapporo station. Value for money compared to other properties

Very dirty. Dust everywhere. Candy wrappers and tissues under beds. Used waterbottle from a previous renter next to bed. Grill not cleaned. Fridge smells. Beds comfortable but super squeaky

"Okay apartment"

Good size apartment with lots of beds sufficient for larger families as well.

About 15 mins walk from subway. Beds are squeaky.
