The bathroom is not cleaned. Hair is clogged in the drain, causing flooding. The bathroom floor is cold and wet.

No iron in the facility

From Sapporo Train Station, you can take the subway for two stops to Hakucho Subway Station and then walk for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can directly walk through the underground shopping street from Sapporo Train Station until you reach Hakucho Station, then go back to the street level and walk to your accommodation, which would take about 30 minutes. It is a bustling shopping area. There is a medium-sized supermarket just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and also a highly recommended ramen restaurant nearby, although you may need to wait in line. Right next to the hotel, within a minute's walk, there is a self-service laundry shop with paid washing and drying machines. The interior of the hotel is spacious with a loft-style design. If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely consider booking this hotel.

The toilet is located downstairs, while most of the beds are upstairs. It can be a bit inconvenient at night to have to go downstairs to use the restroom.

I liked location and facilities, and price. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was a few steps to a 24 hour coin laundry if you want multiple washes simultaneously to save time, there’s a convenience store close to it and there was a vending machine on the first level which was handy. Also, there were some good restaurants and izakaya on the main street . We felt safe and secure knowing you can’t enter the building without a passcode. Communication was great too. Their emails are both in Japanese and in English. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
