ESA great location, not far from the sights. Clean and modern. Juan met us and showed us around and it has the convenience of private parking. All good.
For me the bed was a little too firm and it would be nice to have an English speaking channel on the TV if even just a news channel.
AUPerfect location to explore all the tourist sites on foot, lots of great restaurants nearby, modern well furnished apartments with everything you could need , airconditioning worked very well on hot days, secure parking in underground garage kept our car safe and we did not even use it during our 4 day stay as it was so convenient to walk to everywhere.
The bed was too soft for our liking and has a dip in the middle making it quite uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.
ESThe apartment was in really good conditions, having been recently renovated. The location is good as well, it's a short walk to the city center. And the pool on top is a great addition, especially in the spring and summer months
GBGBJuan Carlos was a great host and made everything (!) easy. The flat is spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly think of. And it is a few minutes' walk from Santa Cruz and everything else. There is even parking in the building (cheap by Sevilla standards). We cannot recommend this property enough, and will return.
