THThe apartment is very new, all the facilities is excellent. Our host, Carlos did help explain for the tourist spots and restaurants nearby. I would recommend the restaurant which I can't remember the name but it's just located beside the apartment.

AUThis place was easily accessible with a lift and a friendly host greeted us on arrival. The communication with the host was clear beforehand. The place was walking distance to the Plaza Espana and the old town. We arrived during unseasonable heat, but the air conditioner worked well. It was roomy and had a well equipped kitchen for little meals.

ROAMAZING apartment in a perfect location. Juan Carlos, the host, greeted us and made us feel at home, gave great recommendations on the city and surroundings. One of the best hosts I came across in my travels, terrific communication. The apartment is situated in a beautiful building, nice inner court yard, underground parking with lift, really clean and quiet. You have everything that you need for a pleasant stay in the city, I dare say the apartment is luxuriously furnished, for a rental property. Great place for a family and good value for money, with parking included. We walked in the city, didn`t need the public transport, and there are a few great places right outside the building(~5min walk) for take away food.
