BOTANIC DUPLEX TERRACE 5 PAX

De ligging, de ligging en de ligging. Lekker schoon appartement, fijn dat er 2 badkamers zijn, waarvan 1 met onhandige douche in bad en vies gordijn. Leuk dakterras met uitzicht op de kathedraal die ‘s morgens vanwege de klokken ook als wekker dient.

De communicatie met de beheerder: het was wegens taalbarrière erg onduidelijk om aan de sleutel te komen. Die moest je op een ander adres uit een sleutelkluis halen. Wij konden pas uren later na goedgekeurde aankomsttijd het appartement in. Verder is de steile trap gevaarlijk en gammel. Ook bij vertrek waren er geen duidelijke instructies over afgeven sleutel.

De locatie, het dakterras en de bedden

Eigenlijk was alles goed. Misschien het enige min puntje is de stijle trap naar boven.

Die Lage war einzigartig, zentraler geht nicht.🥰

Terrasse nicht einladend, lieblos. Nur Tisch und Stühle Nix weiter. Bilder entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen. Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für die Wendeltreppe bedarf es Sportlichkeit.

La facilité à l'arrivée et au départ ainsi que la gentillesse de Maria. La sécurité de la résidence.

Le manque de prise électrique dans la chambre du haut, notamment pour la lampe de chevet.

The apartment was in a fantastic central location with easy access to the main tourist sites, restaurants, bars and shops. It was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and the small kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had to contact Maria a few times about some issues and she always replied quickly via whatsapp and tried to help.

They keys had to be collected from a key box located quite a distance from the apartment and due to a small language barrier it took a while to locate them - not ideal in the heat after a long day travelling. We specifically chose the apartment because of the roof terrace, planning to explore Seville with our two children in the morning and late afternoon when its cooler and spending midday on the sunloungers on the terrace while they relaxed in the apartment. Sadly there were no loungers and just a single very old deck chair (which broke on our last day injuring my back!). Maria assured us she had ordered new loungers but they were not easy to get to the terrace with the spiral staircase. We understand these things happen but it was disappointing. Hopefully they'll be in place for the next guests to enjoy. There were also a few small things like lightbulbs not working, socket plates not fixed to the wall in the upstairs bedroom, upstairs toilet constantly dripping and the TV didn't work. Just general wear and tear and again sure its very common during the height of the tourist season.
