"Great location to explore Sevilla"

Location was great. Bathtub was the best feature of the loft.

Property was a little dirty, the washer and the tub seemed to leak, and the projector did not sync with our phones.

1) clear communication from the host 2) complimentary muffin and coffee powder 3) presence of a working washing machine 4) bathtub 5) plenty of space including space on a loft 6) kitchenette

1) bathroom would get flooded when we used the washing machine. Host has promised to look into this 2) no locks in the bathroom 3) no doors in the rooms 4) it was a little challenging to park the car in the garage

"Delighted with our stay-"

Excellent location. Was quiet for us but easy walk to sights . Very precise instructions from the owners on how to get there and enter the building. Plus recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Met Maria when we arrived and she was very welcoming and friendly. Parking worked and didn't use the bikes but good to know they were available.

Lovely big bath in the bathroom but ran out of hot water after a few inches so had to boil the kettle quite a few times to fill it. Bed was very very squeaky

"A great stay at a nice central artistic apartment"

At first sight it was little surprising to have a garage near the leaving room… Although I chose it only because of the location and the garage and it occurred to be very significant if you are traveling by car. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable , and with great location . Very kind and helpful stuff. We have been there for four days and had a great time. Would definitely recommend it!

Maria was an exceptional host. So welcoming and accommodating. Her communication was excellent and she gave lots of recommendations, which were excellent. The apartment is in easy walking distance to all attractions. Apartment was so quiet and comfortable and clean. Instructions easy to follow.

There was nothing at all we didn’t like.

We had a great time staying at this place. The air conditioner was a life saver. We loved being able to wash our clothes. We walked to all the amazing attractions of this beautiful city.
