"Superb"

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and clean. It had a combo washer/dryer and garage for car. Host communication was great. Fully stocked small kitchen. All in all it was just what we needed to easily see Seville.

"Good location, in property parking but cold and noisy"

Location quite central. Parked car for free within ground floor apartment. OK kitchen, spacious bathroom, nice shower table to eat at, some spices and provisions provided. Bed comfy and storage for clothes ok.

It had no obvious heating so we felt cold a lot of time. There is no sound insulation in the bedroom from the apartment above and you could hear every footstep of the people dogs and chairs dragging. Meant we slept poorly. Sofa not very comfortable or supportive. Parking car so as to be able to both get out was tricky. On leaving we got stuck for 20 to 25 minutes as vehicles parked blocking road so had to wait then reverse and negotiate a tight corner.

"Fantastic, Unique Base to Explore the City"

Onsite parking is great, it's a difficult one to find but the hosts give excellent directions and you land right in front of the garage. Now for a couple this is perfect. With kids who can climb a ladder- also exciting and perfect. But if you are travelling as a 2+ other adults as we were, it's the comfy sofa bed as the only choice (the extra double has a ceiling height of 1 m). This worked perfectly for us, and it's really a unique place to stay. We could not have asked for a better location - right in the center of everything. Great tapas on the doorstep, and coffee provided.

Master bedroom is great, but the additional double bed has a ceiling height of 1 meter - as before, perfect for kids and as a 3/4 travelling group it's no issue since sofa bed is great: If you're on a budget it can also work - just expect some undignified rolling to find that place to rest.
