posizione vicina al centro, letto e divano letto comodi, presenza del bidet!!!!

al piano terra, per chi dorme in salotto nel divano letto, si sente molto il rumore in strada; non c'erano le cialde del caffè (nonostante ci fosse la macchinetta).
