El apartamento es muy espacioso y está bien equipado y todo muy actualizado. Tiene escaleras interiores, que no es lo más cómodo, pero permite tener separada la zona de estar y cocina, con acceso a una gran terraza. La pena es que tampoco le sacamos mucho provecho a la terraza porque pasamos muchas horas fuera. Zona cercana al centro pero sin ruidos. Con ascensor.

Es una pena que no tuviera aparcamiento, y el más cercano era muy caro. Nosotros dejamos el coche en un aparcamiento en la Cartuja, abierto y gratuito y no tuvimos problemas, únicamente quedaba un poco lejos.

Super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, Preis Leistung sehr gut. Geräumiges Apartement.

Zimmer sehr ringhörig, auch etwas Lärm von der Strasse. Ist aber keine Hauptstrasse… nur eine Quartierstrasse. Parkplatz suche etwas erschwert. Mit Glück ergattert man einen gratis Parkplatz in der Nähe. Kleine Autos haben deutlich Vorteil, da die Parklücken immer sehr klein sind

La posizione è Ottima la casa è grande

Purtroppo all'arrivo abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio gigante, inoltre abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di poter lasciare 1 ora in più rispetto al check out ma non è stato possibile pur avendo affittato 3 location per 2 notti

El apartamento era muy bonito. Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas, las habitaciones amplias, con camas grandes y el colchón muy comodo. Tiene una muy buena terraza y una cocina abierta con salón. La comunicación con ellos por whatsapp es muy buena. El check-in rápido y facil. La ubicación estupenda, a minutos a pie de la mayoria de sitios de interés.

Las almohadas son mejorables. No había ni servilletas, ni papel de cocina, ni café y azucar para la cafetera, ni tazas de café. Tan solo un paño de cocina. Tuvimos que pedir a una limpiadora que nos dijo que no había y nos dio dos paños más para poder secarnos las manos, y otro para poner la vajilla cuando la friegas, pues no hay nada para dejarla. Lo demás estupendo. Repetiríamos.
