Comfortable and cozy apartment in the center.

The street was quite noisy and crowded, so I had to close the windows.

La posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro camminando. Il bar sotto all' appartamento per fare colazione la mattina.

Excelente alojamiento. Limpio, cómodo y excelente ubicación. 100% recomendable.

The location was excellent, very close to everything. The apartment was also very clean.

However, the host did not bother to show me around the apartment after giving me the keys in the bar. After switching on the lights the first thing I encountered was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Even though everything was very clean in the apartment, they were coming out from the shower drain. I understand that this is a common problem in Sevilla especially during summer, but nevertheless it was a very unpleasant experience. After placing cockroach traps in the bathroom, there were 5 dead cockroaches in the morning. Therefore I would recommend future guests to confirm with the host if the cockroach issue has been resolved before booking.

Very good communication with the host, clean apartment, comfortable mattress, what else does one need?:)

Antonio and the staff were very helpful and friendly...the apartment was spotless and suited my needs perfectly...they also serve excellent food in the bar

Location was great; the bar below where we collected the keys was vibrant, buzzing and had great coffee! The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The kitchenette was pretty tight and not much room to work within. Wasn't a major factor all things considered but probably the only thing stopping the rating being a 10.
