I highly recommend this accommodation. Clean and very well located and by walking distance to the city center. Communication with the owner was really ok and fast. Fast and easy check-in/check-out

Great location, really close to the river. There are two markets, just around the corner. The place is very quiet and allows a good rest.

Getting a key is a bit tricky, as you need to contact a neighbour, who does not speak English, but is very nice though. The place is quite dark, as it only has 2 small windows.

Great location for the city centre and local food/drink venues.

Triana ended up being a great area to base ourselves and the apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. Loli who greeted us, gave the keys and orientation, was very sweet (we conversed only in Spanish) and she lives right next door. We had most things that we needed, from hair dryer to extra blankets and kitchenware for a light cooking. Wifi was strong for video calls and streaming. It's very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and only 15+ minutes on foot to attractions and the heart of Seville across the bridge. The building has an open-air courtyard with three floors of apartments that seemed to have both locals and guest stays. Parking everywhere in Seville is tricky so checkin with a vehicle takes some extra planning. We double-parked on the street in order to drop off our bags and get the keys at the apartment, then left the car in a free lot near the Club Nautico (instead of the nearby 24hr paid garage) which is fine if you don't mind a good walk.

Just small notes. The building was usually peaceful, however, there were a surprising number of pet noises heard from the courtyard during the day - a barking dog, crying cat, and persistent songbird - just something to be aware of if you need quiet while working. If you're not familiar with calling apartments from an entrance door in Europe or don't speak Spanish, checkin may be a little confusing.

It was not easy to park the car outside on the street so we had to park it in a parking nearby for 25 euros per day

Although the apartment is located on the other side of the river from the city centre (not on the same side of the river), it is quite close to the Seville city centre . When we took the river cruise it was very handy and only a few minutes walk from the meeting point near Torre de Ore. You can also easily walk to the Cathedral and the nicer part of Seville. The price reflects its location. The apartment is nicely renovated with two toilets though the bathroom is very compact. It is well equipped for a short stay with adequate kitchen utensils and washing machine. The bed is very comfortable and there are air conditioners in both living and the bedroom (you need it as Seville is hot even in September).

The bathroom is quite tight and difficult to get changed inside. It's in an apartment block with other apartments close to each other. You can hear people talking late at night given Spanish stay up late. I think Spanish community is very close knit and the neighbours party together late into night on weekends (we arrived on Sunday just before 4 pm when the party already started and when we came back around 9ish they were still singing). But this had not been disruptive to us as we also stayed up quite late as we were still used to Portugal time which is one hour behind Spain.
