"Misleading property title"

The location (a few minutes to the city centre). The apartment is adequately equipped for a longer stay.

Definitely not "luxury" as the title claims. The keyholder does not speak English or German. The toilets must be ventilated all the time or they start to smell. There is a beginning of a mold problem in the bathroom. The people in the building are quite loud (regular Spaniards with kids) and there is no soundproofing.

"A very enjoyable stay, very friendly owner."

The owner was helpful, the apartment was clean and well-arranged. The location was good, close to bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of all the attractions.

Could have done with more covers on the sofa bed. Wifi was broken on arrival and although the owner phoned for them to fix it, they didn't arrive before we left. Neither of which affected the enjoyment of our visit.
