"Good place and super location, excellent host"

Lopez is very friendly and customer centric in nature. He will go above and beyond to help you. This was the case with my stay. We had issues because of Christmas lights that made electricity trip few times. Lopez was very gracious and he offered me compensation. He also went beyond to keep my luggage and personal handed off

There can be street noise that sometimes can bother while you are sleeping

Location; apartment was 5 stars.

The 'included' parking was designed for little cars. Our Skoda Fabia suv could not safely fit in the freight elevator that takes you down under the building to the parking spots. So we ended up parking in a public garage which was an additional 20 Euro.

Gorgeous! Loved this flat. Beautiful well appointed comfortable place. Very comfortable beds. Loved the gorgeous chandelier. Perfect location. Also the welcoming fruit, cheese and breads were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. We loved our stay in Seville and this flat.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like except we were so sad to leave after only 3 nights.

"We only stayed one night but it felt like home. The flat is well furnished and quaint."

Excellent location, walkable to all the important sites. The flat is stylish and comfortable. The owner was accessible and extremely helpful. Breakfast was self service but plentiful. Very secure building. On a busy street, but quiet at night. Got a good nights rest.

Location superb, fridge was well stocked, host very very helpful, gave us excellent suggestions about where to go to see Seville

Very stylish and comfortable decoration. Worked so well for a family of four. Enrique was very helpful on restaurant and flamenco recommendations. We would love to come back!
