Bright, spacious, fairly quiet for a main road. lovely art work in the walls. Two bathrooms. Magnificent location.

Sometimes the water in the shower alternated between hot and cold.

The apartment was great, very beautiful and comfortable. Well situated in the heart of the city, easy access to everything. Very good and comfortable beds. The breakfast was ham, bread, butter, jam, juices, milk, fruit, snacks, all bough freshly and left in the fridge for us. We really appreciated that these were good quality products, not low price, so it was actually better than a hotel. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations.

The kitchen could use a few more items, like a large pot, some bowls and a cutting board. Other than that, lovely!

Lovely old windows don’t all close well and in any case single glazing lets in more noise than you’d like.

The location was excellent for walking to anywhere in central Seville, although some nights were a little noisy with people walking home. It was a very comfortable and stylish apartment.

There were several things not working properly, blocked sink, lights not working. Also facilities were lacking in detail, no mirrors in bedroom, no hairdryer, no Prosecco glasses . The breakfast was not great, lots of Bread , ham, milk, orange juice and strawberries-as one of the group was vegetarian and allergic to strawberries we had to buy a lot of breakfast food, like cereal, yoghurt and a variety of fruit.

The space, the rooms, the beds, the great big windows, the galley kitchen, the beautiful entrance, the hall ways, the lift, the marble.. loved it all. PERFECT FOR A FAMILY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. Every time we returned, we felt smug about being in this apartment! Our hosts were immensely welcoming. With a fantastic selection of foods for our breakfasts

There was genuinely nothing I didn't like. Sometimes people in the building would leave the front door open but there was another internal gate that was always locked so wasn't all that bad.

We loved the large spacious and beautifully decorated flat and enjoyed the breakfast items provided. It was perfect for our family of four with 2 children. The location is a 10/10 for sure! Walkable to everything: attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. We also enjoyed the free parking and the communication was perfect. The host provided information about the city and things to do and also informed us about the Three Wise Men parade which my children loved! Best place we have stayed in a while.
