Elegant 2 Bedroom Apartment in Historic 1882 Building Central Sevilla Private Parking & Country Club Access

The location of the apartment was great for seeing the sights .Places to eat and drink on your doorstep and a short walk into the main part of the city so no car necessary ! Supermarket across the street . The apartment was lovely and clean with a lot of extras provided. ( Kitchen roll, shampoo, soap etc ) and we felt very safe. The hosts were very kind and very helpful with excellent communication . We had a wonderful time in Seville and would stay again if returned. Thank you very much !

Beautiful location

Too loud. People partied all night long and kept us awake.

Very comfortable and very helpful landlords who supplied us with breakfast goodies and were very good in communicating.

City apartment so some street noise

Furniture could use an upgrade in the living room.

The size and roominess, the well stocked kitchen with snacks, juice, milk, fruit, pastries, coffee and tea.

Traffic/street noise and bar noise from below. Must wear ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Fantastic location - EA bus stop from airport only a minute or so walk away. Main tourist sights within 25 mins walk away. Easy access to everywhere . Comfortable. Felt secure/safe. Well equipped even with plenty of dishwasher tablets, loo roll, etc which often not the case in self catering. Breakfast better than expected - it is delivered prior to stay (good bread for toasting that lasted, butter, conserves, ham, melon, juice, other bits and pieces). Good communication from manager. Nice linen s/towels.

Needed a bit of airing on arrival. Plumbing typical of older property ie shower not particularly powerful. But minor issues.

A bit hard to get hot water consistently when we showered

The owner communicated quickly and explained everything clearly. We asked for parking which he has, and it is included but if your car is larger than our Citroen Berlingo, you will have a problem as the entrance to the garage is a very tight turn especially when there are cars parked on the street. Smaller cars are no problem and once inside the garage it is easy to park. The apartment itself is fantastic! The two bedrooms each has their own bathroom are comfortable and have great closet and storage space (if you wanted a longer stay). They are also not sharing a common wall which for us was nice and quiet. The kitchen facilities are better than any we've encountered in the world and there have been many. As for enjoying the living and dining room, we sadly didn't have enough time as they too are comfortable and relaxing. We loved the large windows that opened to the street with its hum of Sevillano life. We cannot wait to return! Thank you
