Very good location great place to stay

Excellent property and near all the amenities

Great location and Great position to park up cars and explore the area. Close to Monsal Trail, Bakewell, restaurants and shops. Garden was peaceful, next to the stream, a good place to spend an hour reading papers, doing crosswords after a days walk. Apartment had a large living area good kitchen and it was spotless. Reasonable price for 2 night stay for 4 people.

Confusion over booking in time it had been stated 2.00 pm when booking but after payment had been taken this was changed to 3.00. We then received a text welcoming us on wrong day (day before we were due) so as way of an apology (I think!) we were told we could arrive at 1.00 but when we arrived we were told it should have been left at 3.00 and were given keys but asked to go away til 2,00. Which was what we had paid for originally. Our apartment was in the roof of the building and the bedrooms got unbearably hot no one had a good night sleep. Fans were provided and it looks as if air condition units were ready to be installed so maybe this won’t be a problem in the future. Large settee in lovely light living area which was very low and very uncomfortable needs replacing two of us ended up sitting on dining room chairs. This all said we enjoyed our two night stay and my hubby has stayed with a walking group in a larger apartment downstairs and had a much better experience so would stay here again.

Fantastic location right by the river in the centre of Bakewell. The apartment was spacious and spotless with 4 good sized en-suite bedrooms. Lot's of places to eat and drink within a short walk.

Only slight issue is there was only parking for 2 cars and we arrived in 3 cars so had to pay to park one car in the nearby car park. As this was a 4 double bedroom property an extra space or two would have been helpful. Also worth noting that the outside space is communal and shared with the other apartments.

Very spacious, great parking and very close to centre with shops. Richard was very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at Millstream Mews. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We’d happily stay here again.

We had the penthouse. What a place! It was spotless and huge.. it’s warm as it’s at the top but plenty of windows and even ac units. Best thing is location. Also we ate the woodyard next door. Also a wow
