Location to school. Place has potential to be very charming. Has hot water.

If you like Schitts Creek Motel, then this is for you. Bed linen and towels stained. No mattress protector. Sheet is too small for bed, resulting in a ball in the middle when you wake up! Terrible pillows. Thin summer duvet in winter. It's not a necessity, but other accommodations put electric blankets on in winter. Towel rail falling out wall. Leaking loo. Two tea bags for two people for two nights. Rusted non-working fridge. Rooms are not serviced. Parking is a distance away with a manual gate, so security is non-existent. Hosts are unkempt. Booking.com should not allow places like this on their site. The entire place is run down and shoddy. Way over-priced... they should be charging backpacker rates.

Staff very good. Bistro makes fabulous pizza. The property surrounds are good.

Unit in need of a revamp. Bedding need renewing.- no top bed sheets.(had to ask for these)
