Bakewell Riverview

Perfect location very close to bakewell centre Lovely maintained apartment with the added bonus of a parking space.

Couldn't have access at the arranged time as cleaners had only just arrived. Music quite loud from restaurant below till 10 o'clock at night. Was put in an awkward position when owner turned up to show people around while we were at the apartment (was sent an email regarding this but was not seen until afterwards)

Location, car parking space, excellent contact with owner. Only advice I would give is either write down or photograph key pad info etc prior to arrival as Internet signal (outside property only as inside good) was not great ,as if you rely solely on Internet you might have problems.

Fabulous stylish apartment with great views through the trees to the river. Loved the comfortable sofa, made for relaxing on wet days. Easy walking to the town centre for restaurants etc and a bonus parking space. Also, good bus connections to Sheffield for sightseeing.

Almost everything was perfect. Slight niggle with the kitchen lighting and a sticking bathroom door, but very tiny problems.

The property was just a short walk through the village from the bus stop. It was very easy to find. The apartment was everything that was promised and more. It was a true oasis. Should have stayed longer!

For some reason, our host wasn’t answering our questions while we were there. It wasn’t critical, but I was surprised.

Very modern with lovely views. Good info from host re checking in. Nice touches such as individual Prosecco left, milk in the fridge and nice bathroom products. Comfortable seating area.

Sounds a bit silly but the only cups were huge mugs that were stained - gave bachelor pad impression 😂. A couple of cups would be nice. 👍
