The location was great, close to the station and lake

It was very dirty, bathroom wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests, towels were old and cupboards had old used sponges. Just a shame as it made our stay uncomfortable.

Second time we have stayed in this property. It had everything we needed for my daughters tournament. Laundry and functioning kitchen. Very close to the city centre, food and tournament locations.

It is an older property - but that isnt a bad thing either.

Great location close to hospital, shopping and dining. Large apartment. Secure car park out the back

It would be good have more consumables in the kitchen such as cooking oil, salt/pepper, cling wrap, foil. Dust has collected in some areas which require cleaning - in particular on top of the TV cabinet. Cushions and bed spreads could be updated.

I liked that it was close to everything we needed while in Ballarat. It was a quiet area, which was good, so we could navigate without the hustle and bustle.

We experienced some difficulties locating the keys at first because I didn’t print out the email from Dean. Instead, I relied on the Booking.com app, which had incorrect information. Additionally, I was a bit concerned about the back door since we had to walk down some metal stairs that looked rusty, making me feel a bit unsafe at times.

Location was great..gas heater warm bed comfortable had washing machine and dryer but we did not use.

Could have had rugs on the floor , was not that clean especially under the toilet seats. Booking .com gives out wrong key lock code so had to ring host, however I had misplaced email the host had sent correct key lock box. Could have been an easier box to use, previous people left key on top, we had trouble closing it, but did eventually.

Excellent apartment. Very clean and spacious. Good location. Good value for money. Nice and uncluttered. Good kitchen. Good heating and nice warm bedding.

The blinds in the front room were inadequate. The street light came in at night. This would be easy to fix with decent curtains.

Location was great - 5 min walking distance to town

Bit dusty. Blankets on the couch were a bit thin for winter.
