EasyRentals Central Tallinn Apartments by Tallinn University

Majoituksen sijainti oli hyvä ja edullinen pysäköinti henkilöautolle oli sisäpihalla. Kadun toisella puolella on supermarket ja lähellä useita ruokapaikkoja. Iso jääkaappi piti ruuat ja juomat kylminä, joten aamupala oli helppo valmistaa ja nauttia.

Luonnollisesti kaupungin keskustassa vanhemmissa rakennuksissa on keskikesän helteellä lämmin myös yöllä. Tuuletin helpotti oloa. Luonnollisesti vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun varrelta kuuluu liikenteen ääniä. Uudet ikkunat pitivät hyvin äänet ulkopuolella.

Very nice and spacious appartement in Central Tallinn - appr. 20 minutes to walk to old town, 25 minutes to walk to coach station, 15 minutes to ferry terminals and easy to reach by bus from the airport. Train and bus stop is direct in front from the appartement, as well as a supermarket. Nice furniture, comfortable bed and couch, cooking opportunity and french press, and many little details like earplugs, tea and chocolate. Ventilator, washing machine, hairdryer, everything is there. Excellent value for the price, we would book it again.

The bathroom is very small and the floor will get wet and slippery when taking a shower, also there is a smell coming from the shower drain. Noisy street when windows are open, but you can use free airplugs provided by the owners. Nevertheless, it was no problem for us.

Das Schlaf"zimmer" war der kleinste Raum in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Daher auch nicht möglich mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.

В день моего приезда подъезд к месту локации был не доступен из-за парада национальных певческих коллективов Эстонии,о чем меня не предупредили.

Good location

this place was not cleaned on time, we informed the owners that we would be there at 4:00 PM, after our arrival the cleaning lady was still cleaning the apartment for half an hour. after entering the apartment there was a musty and damp smell. the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen counter, bathroom cabinet, windows and even curtains were dirty. I spent the beginning of my stay in Tallinn cleaning this place. the worst thing was the unpleasant smell. I would not pay this money for such a low standard. I do not recommend it to anyone. :(

The location in relation to the historic center is appreciable and, despite the proximity of a large avenue, the apartment is pretty quiet.

The problem is that the photos on Booking correspond to many very different apartments from each other and it is impossible to know exactly what to expect. The ratings out of 10 are therefore not revealing. Our room was tiny, and minimalist in equipment. And clean. We regret that the wifi code was not correct and that we had to ask for help.
