Location.

No one at front desk on arrival. No help carrying bags up two flights of stairs after long flight. Guests should be notified well before arrival that an entry code will be sent .

"Great communication with the staff, immaculate room and bathroom, beautiful design."

Exceptionally clean, with real wood/stone finishes in the room and the bathroom. Felt like a custom made experience. Also, we were staying on the top floor and loved the ceiling window giving fresh air. Overall - amazing experience.
