La posizione praticamente sulla via pedonale principale con ristoranti, bar e negozi raggiungibili in pochi istanti. Il bagno grande con una ottima doccia. Stanza tranquilla e priva di rumori. Buon letto e riposo assicurato. Wifi buono anche se a volte scompare. Accesso con codice al portone principale e con chiavi fornite dalla recepionist non sempre presente; va avvertita dell'orario di arrivo.

L'accesso al secondo piano tramite scale può essere impegnativo per persione anziane o con difficoltà deambulatorie. In una camera familiare per tre persone una sola sedia mi sembra un pò poco. Mancava inoltre un attaccapanni all'ingresso della stanza e in piano di appoggio nel bagno. In generale per essere un 4 stelle qualche particolare in più nell'arredamento sarebbe auspicabile.

Location is as good as it gets, you are literally in the middle of everything. Kalemegdan and all the shops and bars are right next to you. All these without having to deal with any noise. Vladimir was a great host and offers great advice for the city!

Street outside was very noisy and I could also hear every breath that the person in the next room from me took. Breakfast was in a restaurant outside, not part of the hotel.

Die Lage des Apartmentkomplex ist generell gut. Auch das Team vor Ort ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die Sauberkeit war gut.

Unser Apartment war wirklich wenig einladend. Es ist stark abgewohnt. Da hilft es auch leider nicht mehr, dass das reinigungsteam vor Ort wirklich gut ist. Es roch die ganze Zeit nach Gulli, der Teppich ist sehr fleckig, die Dusche als auch der Waschtisch müssen dringend renoviert werden. Auch die Lage des Familienapartments im Haus ist suboptimal. Direkt an der Dachterrasse - also dort wo immer alle rauchen- und direkt am Dach des Nachbarhauses gelegene - also permanenter Lärm durch deren Lüftung ( ja wirklich permanent 24/7) und Essens Geruch, wenn man lüften möchte. Weil die Abluft vom Restaurant natürlich auch über deren Dach läuft. Fazit- die Lage des Hauses ist super - die Lage und Ausstattung des Familienzimmers ist mehr als bescheiden. Wir konnten vor Ort mal einen Blick in die anderen Apartments werfen. Diese wirkten wirklich einladender und mehr wie auf den Fotos.
