Sunny Apartment

The flat has a great location and great view to the city . It is very nice with all necessary things.

Location, facilities, nice host

Everything was perfect.The flat met all expectations of us.It was large enough for four people (we were three people).Two closets were bonus.Flat was clean as with beddings. Kitchenette was full with all cooking utensils (i.e,knives,pans,saucepans ,forks,spoons..),you could prepare all meals of day yourself.You could enjoy bird's-eye view of city on the small balcony while sipping your coffee(the flat is 14th floor of the building).Owner of the flat is very nice and helpful lady.Our plane landed early morning ,previous guests did not check-out untill 10:30hrs,but the lady offered us to store our luggages home which is just accross the street,she did the same again on last day of our stay,for our flight was just after midnight but we had to check out before noon.Thanks to her favor, we were able sightseeing the city without excess load. I strongly recommend this flat if you plan travel to Belgrade and if price matters to you it is very good deal.

Excellent location one can walk towards the city center or use the public transport. There's a shop and a bakery right behind the house and pretty much everything is in the walking distance. Very close - in a walking distance to the Tasmajdan park which is a great place to stay with kids, or to dine and have a drink in the evening. The city of Beograd itself is amazing and this is a great area to stay. Very spacey apartment with a balcony and everything else one may need, in a well kept, authentic style.

If you come with a car there is no option to drive right away to the house, which is by design. So be prepared that you may need to find a spot nearby and carry everything towards the main entrance and elevator. On the other hand, the modern parking system in Beograd allows to park somewhere close to the venue, in the city zone parking, and get a daily ticket, for a reasonable price.

This is the type of appartments which you really don't want to leave. It feels absolutely like at home, there is a fascinating 220 degree city view from the large balcony, the very city center is just in a few mintues away. We were unfortunate to visit Belgrade during a heat wave, but thanks to the air conditioning, other facilities and overall comfort, we managed to outwait the daytime heat in comfort and our vacation was not affected. Nena was always there to help, even for small things. I cannot imagine a better option to explore Belgrade and to immerse its daily life for a family or group.
