Sunny Apartment

Location: the apartment is at the center of Belgrade, in a 14-storey building, at the top floor. The view is fantastic! There's a balcony, the windows point to SW. Heating: it's an old building, with central heating, so it's very warm. The floor is wooden, it adds some warmth as well. There are also additional blankets for those who really love heat at night. Appliances: there's everything that a human can need. Bathroom: there are 2 bathrooms! Very convenient for 3+ groups.

Bathroom: again, the building is old, so the pipes are probably old as well, and the water goes away very slowly. Furniture: feels quite old, might need an update.

would be nice to have possibility to pay by card, however there are many ATMs close to the property

The old town and all the important places to see are at the walking distance. View is spectacular 🤩 The apartment is really good for the value the owner is very engaged to help out. We had some plumbing issues (very common in a building built during the socialist era), the owner solved it right away and called later to check if it is ok.

This is more a note then the review: There is no free parking in the area, so if you're coming by car it is the best if you leave it in a garage or a parking spot on New Belgrade and take a taxi to the apartment. Everything is so close you won't need a car anyway.
