SAN LORENZO UNO Apartment Benidorm Old Town near Mal Pas & Poniente Beach

San Lorenzo uno is in a great position situated in the old town. It has been renovated this year and has everything you need. The shower is powerful with good water pressure. Added bonus of an easy to use washing machine. All instruction books for facilities are in the apartment except we couldn’t find one for the hob so had to google it. Little tip, the pan has to be on the hob for it to work. Check in and out is simple and communications with the owner is very good from start of booking to end of holiday.

Not so much as we didn’t like but the apartment is on the first floor so there are 17 steps with a landing every 6 steps. We had no problem with this but could affect some people. Also as the property is situated in the old town in a busy area there can be a bit of noise. We didn’t find it too bad and feel it’s worth it for the location.

Era un primer piso sin ascensor. No lo tenían puesto en las características. No había gel ni champu

nel pieno centro di Benidorm, era vicino a tutte le attrazioni e a meno di 3 minuti dalla spiaggia

casa piccola, la seconda stanza lasciava poco spazio al passaggio calcolando che non aveva un armadio e quindi bisognava lasciare le valigie aperte sul pavimento. per i miei standard di pulizia bisognerebbe migliorare alcune cose

Esta en el centro, cerca de todo.

¡OJO! Es ZONA ZBE no puedes acceder cerca, no se puede entrar en coche no te lo dicen en el anuncio del alquiler del piso y tampoco te lo explican los dueños, al preguntar no saben informarte y te dicen que leas las señales y que si quieres que vayas tu al ayuntamiento, al hablar con policias de la zona nos dicen que el dueño del apartamento tiene q solicitar por via telefonica o email autorizacion para que entres si no, pues es multa, al decirselo al dueño/a despues q estas alli se lavan las manos, te dicen q te busques la vida y ya no te contestan. Despues la limpieza dejaba que desear, asi que si no conoces la zona cuidado te puedes llevar un chasco grande y una multa. No repetiremos.
