Nothing all good

I made a phone call after arriving and a gentleman was there within ten minutes

There were several things wrong, damaged, or not working, which when the apartment was cleaned before our arrival you would have thought the issues would have been noted and resolved. I reported them during our stay, but no response from the owner. The main one was the shower was broken. We bought towels, due to the ones that were provided were smelly. We did use the ones provided to stand on and left the ones behind that we had bought due to not having space in our 10kg luggage. There was a damaged door handle, and drawer and one of the bedroom sliding wardrobe doors was not functioning as well as it should have. By listing these things, I hope the owner will endeavor to sort them out for the next visitors.

Being in Benidorm in the middle of main strip great for watching up the main road

Apartment not what I did aspect with washing machine not working and did contact the owner which two days later a engineer turn up tried to repair could not and the owner did not make no more contact with me chair on patio area just two one was broken one towel each. Seeing we booked for four and 9days so had to go to launderette two time to wash cloths seeing we when out with hand luggage

3 of us arrived on the 2nd Sept for a 1 week stay. On the 5th Sept we came home to find our apt had been robbed.700e worth of cigs had been stolen plus about 50e in change . There were no sign of a break-in someone had used a KEY to get in, On contacting the keyholder we got no satisfaction from her she never came near us at all said she would check the cameras but actually did nothing at all, On Saturday the 7th Sept we went out that evening making sure to doublelock the door we arrived home to find the doublelock was off and the key turned halfway and the door opened which meant someone had come in again but we had made sure everything was locked in the safe ,We once again contacted the kayholder to once again being brushed off. No attempt was made to change the lock of even come see us, Dodgy is not the word would never stay in that apt again .
