Location . Literally on the strip *very noisy but that didn't bother us at all . Although tired looking with damage it was clean .

The seaview was not as described in pictures. The pictures were taken from another apartment on the other side of the building so was not correct. Pool can only be accessed by leaving the building and walking past the takeaway next door and through a small carpark next to takeaway bins . The whole apartment is very tired and in need of improving. Patio doors never locked and a crack in the glass . Door frame to apartment was broken and could be easily forced open . Although there was a clear notice saying entrance door to block should remain shut it was always open . Although there is a secure locked gate the takeaway next door had its side doors open so anyone could enter the apartment block . We had 2 sets of keys but only one worked and to open the main gate we had to put our hand through the bars and open from the back .

Very well priced especially if there a few of you. Ideal location very close to everything so not out of the way if need to nip back for anything.

The location was perfect. The apartment size was great. Plenty of room and a huge balcony with a sea view.

There was hardly any hot water the whole of our stay, no heating and no lift (we were told about the lift but still disappointing). The bedding either wasn't washed or needs replacing desperately as there are stains upon stains which are not pleasant. Filthy marks on the walls that didn't look great. Possibly bodily fluids. The duvet you got was wafer-thin. One pillow each. Again pointless. The bathroom great size but water gets everywhere with they been no screen or shower curtain. Luckily for us, we hardly were in there. Lack of basic supplies. Like washing up liquid and even a tea towel so you can clean up after yourself. You got one face cloth...I mean towel to dry yourself with again needs replacing they are awful or don't supply them and people will fetch there own.

The location was spot on

The room wasn’t clean , door handle missing , the sofa was badly stained and used cigarette on the floor. Drawer broken , a bit of tlc and it will be the Perfect place and location. Lift wasn’t fixed still either and my brother struggled with the stairs.

The location is great and feels secure as you have to unlock a gate to get to your apartment door.

Sofa was disgusting. Door handles were broken. Shower was broken and filthy.

Total disaster.

Broken chairs. Exposed live wires. Soiled settee. No kitchen utensils. No toaster. Lights not working. Wall light broken. Apartment door lock broken. Patio door lock broken. Wrong wifi codes. Only 1 set of keys for 3 days, then another set arrived. Washing machine outlet pipe in bits. No toiletries. Total lack of help or interest from Exinvall or Booking.com. All they say is "We'll get back to you in 24 hours", oh no they didn't.

Nothing much
