There was Nothing about this apartment that we didn't like 😍

L'emplacement de l'appartement était génial. A deux pas de la plage et en plein centre historique, un mercadona a 100m et pleins de magasins tout proche. Le propriétaire est adorable, toujours disponible a aider en cas de besoin, nous avons eu un soucis de machine a laver il en a même racheter une neuve profitez en. 😉 L'appartement est confortable, avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine, du linge propre en grande quantité ainsi que beaucoup de serviettes de bain. La grande terrasse et le barbecue sont un must. Une belle expérience.

Peut être penser a changer le lit pliable du salon il se fait un peu vieux, autrement rien a redire.

Hemos pasado una semana genial,el apartamento está céntrico,limpio,es amplio y la terraza da mucha vida. La playa está a 2 minutos. El mejor apartamento donde hemos estado en Benidorm,inmejorable. Recomendable al 100%.

Great location. Great terrace and apartment. The contact with the owner was superb, and check-in was very easy. The keyless app for entering the apartment from the street and into the apartment was a first for us, but it was really easy and efficient. Very clean, bright and spacious appartment. We will definately return on our next visit to Old Town Benidorm

Likes: - Good location close to amenities in the Old Town area - Nice balcony area Dislikes: - Access is difficult. Narrow street, small entrance doorway. Property is on 4th floor and Lift is extremely small (1 person + 1 suitcase is a tight fit) - Property is a lot smaller than anticipated - (good use of wide angle lens in photos). Particularly kitchen (approx 1.8m x 1.3m) and bathroom - No view from the balcony. Photos indicate views of the beach but this is not correct - Furnishings are in need of renewal. Bed was uncomfortable; Sofa in Lounge is worn and pitted - Poor value. We chose to pay a high price to ensure good quality but it was not good value

The property is beautiful was a massive sun terrace with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the sun. It’s situated in a great spot in the old town very near tapas alley and loads of great pubs. There is a lift which is handy as it’s on the top floor. The owner is very helpful and checks up regularly that everything is ok, I have been twice to this apartment and will definitely be back.

The location is excellent. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and a large suoermarket 5 mins away. Javi, the owner, answered Whatsapp messages promptly to answer any questions. The apartment was comfortable with large tv, broadband, a couch and an armchair, a dining table and chairs and a large terrace with sunbeds and another table and chairs. There's a tiny kitchen with cooking rings and a microwave and a toilet/shower room with plenty of hot water. Air con in lounge AND bedroom. Essentials such as salt, pepper, washing up liquid, sugar, tea etc can be found in the kitchen cupboard so check before buying. All in all a comfortable stay.

Not much to dislike. A bit of noise from pubs in the street but didn't bother us much. An app for opening the doors gave us a bit of trouble but a key is supplied for manual entry.

Lovely apartment has all the facilities you need, very clean and in a great location, Javi was a brilliant host and we will definitely stay again.
