Lovely modern apartment in the heart of the old town. Aircon in lounge and bedroom. Modern bathroom. Large outdoor terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs and gas barbecue. Small lift up to apartment. Neighbours very quiet. Brilliant apartment it has everything you could need.

Some noise at night from bar down the street, but nothing than cant be fixed with earplugs. Would return. The rest is faultless.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday home from home. Fantastic location near the beach shops bars and restaurants. All the amenities you need such as washing, cleaning showering comfy sleeping facilities air con we cannot fault it and will be booking again.

Location fantastic, easy check in as long as you are comfortable with mobile telephones. Very friendly owner and great terrace with gas BBQ. Clean and has most things you need in an apartment.

Sadly the bed is tiny, literally the smallest double possible. There was plenty of room to have a slightly larger bed but this was the smallest Spanish/continental double possible. As you can see in the photo it doesn't even reach the ends of the headboard.I'm 189 cm so not much more than average height for a man from northern Europe. I'm around 95 kilo and well built. Led on my back my shoulders took up more than half the bed space and my feet were hanging off it. Sadly this meant it was hard to sleep without my partner being rejected from the bed when I moved. As a result I have to score this otherwise excellent property lower and warn other people about it. I didn't tell the owner during the stay as it would be unreasonable to expect a bed change during a week's visit. So beware if you're on the larger size you will not fit on this bed. I didn't really sleep properly for the weeks stay.

The apartment was excellent, and everything you needed was there. Even a washing machine. There was full kitchen except an oven, there was a hob, toaster, microwave grill, there were air con on the walls in the bedroom and main room. Settee turns into a sofa bed. There is even an xbox. .There was an ashtray left on the balcony table. Gas for bbq is in the cupboard on the balcony.

Being right in town it got a little noisy in the early hours. There are clubs/bars underneath you carnt really hear the music from these venues just the ppl when they come and go. Tv has no English channels

Amazing top floor apartment in Old Town Benidorm. Clean, nice decor, little kitchen , lovely bathroom with washing machine. The best thing about it, is huge terrace with partial seaview, it has sunbeds, table and gas BBQ! We used it at least for 3 dinners, mercadona 5min. walk has big choice of meats and fish. Overall we had an amazing time, will definitely return

The location is perfect. Everything you need, beach, supermarket, 2-5 minutes. The windows and balcony of the apartment overlook the relatively quiet side of the street. There is an elevator!)) The presence of a grill makes it possible to cook a delicious dinner, fish, shrimp. The owner is very attentive to all questions.
