La ubicación y el trato del personal

Estaba un pelín sucio y muy justo de menaje, además no tenía vistas a la playa, que en las fotos parecía que si tendría pero se ve que eran apartamentos en pisos superiores

Leaving it after 8 days of no sleep. I would avoid staying on the fourth floor completely.

We never got the support or the assistance we needed even after 4 separate visits to the Santa Faz hotel to raise our concerns in hope they would rectified. Their response was that’s your opinion.
