the bed was not good. very uncomfortable .needs all changing not just the matress.

Very close to the old town for everything and within walking distance for shops,bars,supermarket,park de Elche,the sea front,beach and the free WiFi was very fast,over 60Mbps on a speed test. The apartments were a five-minute walk from the Santa Faz Hotel in the old town where the keys were collected from and handed in as well as booking into the apartments and all the staff at the Santa Faz Hotel were very helpful in every way and very efficient.

For me,at 71 and waiting for two knee replacements,the 60 stairs to the third floor as there was no lift was the only reason I would not stay in the apartments again as there is no lift, or I would book these apartments again without hesitation,however the really great hotel staff did take my suitcase for me both on booking into the apartments and upon leaving them for my return flight but going up and down all the stairs a number of times a day was very difficult for me but had these apartments a lift,I would book them every time.
