A really nice apartment in a great location

The timer on the stairs switched lights off too quickly. Leaving stairs in darkness. Not good if you are a slower moving person.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, excellent location.

Only the stairs, I totally understand the building can’t install a lift and that’s just a personal whinge. Most people don’t mind stairs

Well equiped, good location

Despite my reporting issue with toilet flush not working, I was left without a working toilet for 3.5 days of my holiday. At 1am one day I could not enter my apartment as the key was stuck in the door and would not turn and could not be removed.I phoned the reception at Santa Faz , who advised me that there was nothing that they could do and I was to phone a locksmith ( it was 1.30 am !!!!!!!!!) I advised that I couldn't and asked them if I should sleep on the stairs outside my apartment to which I was told "I don't care where you sleep, if you want to sleep on the stairs that is upto you." Around 30 minutes later the "technician" who aparantly was informed of the non-working flush arrived. He knew nothing about the flush issue and proceeded to turn the key in the lock having removed the barrell. His words were I can do it, am I magic ? However, when he tried to remove the key from the barrell he couldn't. The lock was changed, and the flush fixed,.However the following evening the flush was not working again. I again reported to reception. I asked the technician for a refund for my unw0rking toilet and was told that no refund would be available unless I left the apartment now at 1.30 am. When I asked where I was supposed to go he said that it was my problem/decision. All in all very disappointing, as the apartment itself was excellent in terms of location and equipment.

La ubicación y el apartamento totalmente equipado para la estancia.

Todo fue muy agradable
