O Ronaldo é excelente anfitrião. Muito atencioso. O apê é muito confortável, aconchegante, limpo, organizado e prático. Fica no térreo , o q achei excelente p tirar bagagens do carro. Excelente localização. Condomínio muito silencioso. Tudo o que eu precisava!

"Otimo custo beneficio, excelente localização e o principal é a facilidade e cortesia dos anfitriões."

Apartamento simples, porem com o essencial para o dia a dia. Ponto extra por ter ar condicionado no quarto, faz diferenca. Anfitrioes super atenciosos e disponiveis 24h, facil comunicação. O condominio tem piscina adulto e infantil, duchas e banheiro externos. Facil estacionar e chegar, bem perto da praia e de comercios.

Pontos a melhorar, mas nao muda em nada a estadia. Falta um microondas, pia do banheiro pinga agua no chao e os utensilios são frageis, mas como disse, nada que desabone a experiencia.
