The security and position

Toiletries could not be replenished. Bath towels could not be replaced daily. All because I did not take the option for cleaning service, which I think for a holiday apartment at least the towels and toiletries could have been replaced, if not daily, at lease very second day.

The room was clean.

The reception. There wasn't one. No sign to say Reception, no sign to say Security. The two guards did their best to avoid eye contact. The email with my booking number never came, so they didn't know where to put me. They asked me to phone the head office to find out my booking ref. I didn't have air time, they didn't have air time. They started typing in their phones. I didn't know if they were working on my problem or responding to something on facebook. The day before, I had a call, i thought from booking.com asking me for my email address and phone number, which I thought was odd because I had already received the invoice on that email address. Apparently, they were trying to send me the booking ref. They knew I wouldn't be able to book in without it, but just gave up and let me suffer the consequences. It was without peer in being the worst booking in experience I had ever had. Eventually, they managed to discover which room I was allocated to and allow me access from the car park. Approximately 40 minutes later.

Comfortable. Short drive to the beach and shops. Located in a very nice area with a 20 min walk through the nature reserve to the beach. Stunning swimming pool. If you like apartment or hotel style holiday this is for you. Very very affordable. The beaches are stunning. A bit dirty with papers and bottles though.

Too many broken stuff and frustrations. Lots of things not working and not getting a prompt response or no response at all from staff. We found a dirty glass in the refrigerator which was so weird and odd. We would not have complained about it but so much was broken and wrong. The broken doors, handles, shelves, and TV stand was fixed the second day. The cupboard door and shelf was broken so for 2 days we could not unpack our clothes which made the start of the holiday really bad. One of the plates was cracked and one glass missing, which was never replaced despite asking a few times. Only 2 of everything is supplied bec we were 2 guestst, So we had to gobout to buy our own crockery. The Netflix was not signed in and no tv channels was available. Despite asking a few times they didn't even bother to come out to assist so we had to subscribe to primevideo ourselves just to b able to watch a few movies when the weather was too bad to go to the beach. The laundry...the washing machine is broken, so no luck there. They only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper so make sure to take some if you stay long. Wonderful that there is a dishwasher but you must buy your own dishwash tabs. No dishwash soap, so take your own. There was a bit of liquid soap in the bathroom but that's it. O yes remember to take your own dustbin bags as they don't supply Xtra (there was 1 in the bin) and they don't empty your bins. You have to trow your rubbish in a small room next to the lift which really stinks up the place as it is not cleaned daily. I really missed a braai...a gass braai is not a braai....we need a wood fire and a fire pit. But that is the facilities supplied....so I'm just saying. The building needs lots of maintenance...leaky fire hose, bathroom door at the pool is broken, bathrooms at the pool stinks ....stinky...not cleaned. The bed and couch has seen better days and should definitely be replaced. O remember to take some pillows because they only provide 2....

Nothing, I complained and a refund was promised but I have not been refunded yet.

Our stay was really great. The apartment's location was just perfect, allowing us to relax. It was clean, with modern furniture which is well designed & with everything one needs. Certainly a great value for money & our new home away from home

Locating the actual entrance into Coral point was a bit tricky especially if you arrive at night like we did. Minor thing needs few touch-up but overall the place is a piece of heaven

The kitchen area even gave us ideas for our house. The cleaness and the TV cz we do like movies. The view was perfect
