Coffee would have been nice, clean towels would have been nice, swimming towels would have been very nice, toiletries would have been nice. The place can be stunning, just needs some personal attention. Check-in instruction only received after 18:00 at night. Electricity was running out and could not recharge so could not use the A/C.

"Disappointing"

The pool was great

Firstly when I booked the pictures did not correspond with the room and I was told by the operations manager there's nothing they can do due to their false advertising. Secondly the drainage system in the shower was absolutely bad. Thirdly there's broken cutlery which is not safe at all.
