Roof top pool and braai area

Sadly lots.. slow lift. Lots of stairs to the 3rd floor unit that I had booked . No toiletries, albeit advertised . No dishwashing liquid, no toilet paper , no bin bags . Calls to host not answered. I had to go out and buy. Wifi on first day did not work but managed to sort out by day 2. 6 sleeper unit yet 4 seater coaches and 4 mugs. Towels for a week and not being changed. Facilities advertised should be provided and not have to be requested during stay. A huge inconvenience and upsetting.

The flat was simple and neat and met our needs as we were not there much.

Beautiful location

The location of the property was exceptional, just right in front of the beach and the beautiful pool area by the roof top.

The stairs going up to the unit are tiring and the lift is so slow, during the day the lift is used for taking up and down rubbish by the people working there and we sometimes couldn't get the lift because it was full of gardening manure

The position was great!

There was a fishy smell when walking into the property that we couldn’t air out over the 5 days. The bedroom lights were very dim and hard to see at night, the cutlery was limited, no tea spoons and only 1 soup spoon and 1 normal spoon. Made eating cereal and making coffee a challenge. Furniture was stained and broken furniture in the one bedroom made the side table a laugh to use as whatever you placed on it, it would roll off.

Very affordable, comfortable, clean property. Situated close to the beach.

Lift access to property

Amazing building with the gondola lift and rooftop swimming pools.

A few issues that weren’t able to be addressed immediately such as ceiling fans not working and wifi being offline.
