The property was clean and neat

couches were very uncomfortable, only 4 people can sit at a time even though it’s a place for 6people. Tv did not work and it rained all weekend so we stayed indoors but had nothing to do. Kids were extremely bored. wifi was also not working. Lift was not working and it was extremely frustrating to walk up and down tons of stairs to carry stuff was difficult. My parents are elderly and were exhausted from the stairs.

We came there, there was no power, we had to ask around if it was loadshedding then We had to look for the DB board. It was off fridge was open was not cold. Could not put anything in there. Door into the house the lock was broken off. Could not lock the wood door. Pillows had a smell. The aircon was on the stoep so we could not sit on the stoep as that all the warm air was blowing on us. This was really bad.

Excellent location. Lovely renovated apartment that has all that is required for a getaway. Loved sitting on the balcony staring at the sea. Pool was clean. Good WIFI. Good accommodation for the 5 of us. 2 parking bays. Great ocean view. Smart TV. 2 aircons. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Maybe to include a bottle of Sunlight liquid and a wash rag and dish towel for those of us that forget (like me).
