Brilliant location, walking distance to slopes and shops, ski rental downstairs and parking on-site. The apartment was comfortable and warm, and overall fine for what we needed!

No welcome instructions or information about check-in was provided by the host, which made arriving more confusing than it needed to be. I had to call them to find out how to get in. Other reviews mentioned this 2 years ago so it doesn't look like this will be improved! The apartment description says there is a private pool but there is not (there is a pool in the same building, but it is part of a separate hotel and costs to access). The host said they would change the description but so far nothing has changed. Cooking facilities could be improved - there is only one cooking pot and the knife is broken... Lack of shower curtain means it's very hard to have a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet.

Location was excellent and size of the apartman.

A need for assistance for one home appliance was not met from the host.

Good location, very spacios apartment with good heating, parking garage.

The kitchen could have been cleaner and the carpets vacuumed. Poor toiletries and the hair dryer didn't work. The host could have been more responsive.

Enough space for family and welcome chocolate.

Kitchen equity was falling apart. No pan, no cork opener, no peeler, knives not cutting properly. Only one hob place for one pot, you can’t cook two things at the same time, no oven, tiny fridge. Not enough pillows or duvet/pillow covers left. We had to use pillow without cover. We were told cleaning halfway through our stay but noone came despite our chasers. We asked for a pan which was not delivered. The host only gave us the entry code and went off with no communication after that.

The location is good, nice apartment and very clien. the size is very good for 4 persons.

The are dont have sawer sabon and toilet peaper you need to buy or bring with you

Great communication with owner, close to the slopes.

Someone to leave luggage on arrival or when checking out as we had a late flight. However the host allowed us to stay until cleaners came and lucky for us that was late.

Location and price

The host was not very responsive

Appartment is perfectly situated, just 2 min walk from the ski slopes. Free closed car parking is an asset as well. Very easy access, and very fast response on all our questions.

We would expect some extra cookware, as we only found one cooking pot and not any pan. One electrical socket needs repair as well.
