Personāls runāja gan krievu valodā, gan angliski. Dzīvoklis atrodas pie pašas ielas, kur notiek nakts dzīve, ērti piekļūt bāriem, naktsklubiem, bet jārēķinās, ka naktīs dzīvoklī ir ļoti skaļi, trokšņi no cilvēku čalām, lamām, skaļa mūzika un auto dūkoņām. Iespējams darba dienās dzīvoklī ir klusi. Dzīvoklis plašs un skaisti iekārtots.

WIFI diezgan švaks, dzīvoklī bija vēsi. Bet bija papildus segas varēja sasildīties.
