Location was good

It was very cold in there and you had no heat control It had a weird smell in the unit Bed was not sturdy and uncomfortable

Lovely neighbourhood and comfy apartment. It met our needs and the owner responded quickly to requests.

The front door wouldn’t open when we arrived, which left us outside for more that’s 30 mins. The security lock needed new batteries but it was quickly resolved.

It’s equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms

Since it was a basement unit, it was very cold when the central AC was on (we had to asked for extra blankets 🥶), and also it was very noisy once people walking around in tmain floor.

Parking in front of property. Convenient location. It’s a basement but well kept, clean and practical
