Beautiful and spacious Basement Apartment

The amenities was great! It’s the little things that count, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom, the tea bar in the kitchen, the place smelled clean and looked very clean. The tv had a variety of channels and the wifi access was really good!

At the time of our stay vents could use a little cleaning, it was not a deal breaker, we just used baby wipes gave it a little wipe. The baseboards as well could use a little cleaning. Again, not a big deal but just an observation 😊

Basement apartment with no views, little sunlight, steep entry stairs, and no secondary means of egress. Other than the issues noted, I would have given top ratings in all categories.

Good space, access to washer and dryer upon request, good price. kitchen was small but looked new.

Kitchen and bathroom were cleaned well, but there were drips of stuff on the walls and gooey finger prints around door knobs on the backs of the doors. Only one parking spot - ok for us but if you needed two I’m not sure what you would do. It didn’t feel very secure. Door knob code to unlock the basement apartment, but no deadbolt or additional lock once inside. As a woman alone with a child it was a bit nerve wracking.

The House is amazingly clean. Well maintained.

Clean and good value for money with a comfortable bed.

As it is a basement there is virtually no natural light and some of the fixtures are a bit tired and could do with replacing.
