Location all you can see outside balloon canisters inside smells of weed and when you enter the room hooks are broken bed sheets stains and the main lounge was that cold it’s like sitting outside had to go upstairs called them few times keep saying 2min call you bk and then someone is coming to drop you off a heater no one come.even took part of my deposit when it’s there fault rooms don’t warm up some items are broken and they charge you got be careful.

I loved the TV, the dining area, the layout and the space. The location was central and parking was a plenty. I liked the bed, the tableware and the fact there was detergent and soap/shampoo.

The overall place was a bit tired and in need of freshening up. The toilet was coming away from the walls, the pipes had masking tape on them, the floor tiles were cracked and in need of grouting again. The sofa was so squishy and low to the ground, difficult to get up from and with an awkward backrest. The overall flat was cold. There could have been some extra throws and cushions to use. The walls had stains on them. The downstairs loo door didn't close and I felt unsafe outside the entrance to the building in the evenings.

The location

On arrival I had to ring and email maintenance as on arrival as I always do when checking into a hotel, 2 coat hooks were missing off the wall and damage behind a door in the livingroom which was not disclosed to me when booking. As soon as I arrived, I checked the whole area within minutes and phoned the number responsible for the apartment, which I have got evidence off call and email. I took pictures immediately on arrival and sent them via email. I am still awaiting a reply. I will be taking this matter further. Kind regards Miss Emma Whitehead
