Property was lovely. The area it is in not so !!

In a very poor area. Drug paraphernalia everywhere on the street outside as well as lots outside the apartment. Electronic gate to courtyard broken, allowing any randomers to enter. Arrived home after our night out to youths doing nitrous oxide balloons outside our security door entrance. As soon as we opened the door they barged passed us into the apartment block, v intimidating. Phoned police, no response. Half an hour later full scale fighting in the courtyard outside involving at least 30 youths. Police called again, no response. Such a pity as the apartment is v nice. Contacted owners during all this , response was they were sorry & blamed the problems on it being Eid. Don’t buy that answer I’m afraid, the area this apartment is in is poor. Despite telling them about having to call the police (twice) the next morning I got a generic “Hope you enjoyed your stay” message!!

It was clean, airy and spacious. the owner communicated well.

the lift wasn't working when we visited but we were all fit enough to walk up the stairs.

The apartment is fine.

The area the unit is terrible.

The apartment inside was pretty, it was nicely presented, the christmas tree was beautiful, the couch was comfortable, the TV was cool. The bedrooms were presented in a homely manner. The table was set for our arrival with christmas crackers and there were wrapped boxes of chocolates and biscuits under the tree with a christmas card which was lovely and appreciated

I booked for a family of 5 recommended via Booking.com. Upon arrival there was only 2 queen beds, when i queried the booking agent Nikki, she apologised but told me it states the sleeping situation online. My son ended up sleeping on the couch. 1 of the main beds had hair on the sheets and pillows, Nikki had the cleaner come out late in the evening and change them promptly. Unfortunately the apartment was nicely presented but not well thought out. There was a collage of lovely photo frames on the wall with not 1 picture in them, they still had the Ikea templates in them, whats the point? There was no dishwasher tablets to use the dishwasher, 1 tea towel, no spare bin liners, 1 small bath towel for 4 of us, had to request another, no baking trays to use the oven (these were provided when I complained) a broken washing machine (although this isn't listed in facilities, it would be beneficial to have 1 in the apartment) Some things felt like an oversight with only the bare basics. The area itself was extremely sketchy, I actually was terrified everytime we went to and from the car with our children. People smoking weed in the courtyard upon our arrival, the security gate and building doors weren't working so anyone could walk in at any time. My kids hated it and asked why we were staying there. The building itself was dirty and rundown, it felt like the apartment did not belong in that building at all. I would never have stayed here if I had known where it was, not at all worth the money we paid to have a 'special christmas spot'

Was very nice for Christmas. The apartment furnishings was very nice and all to a very high standard with excellent layout and TV great. The host Joe was great, even left us few presants under tree nice, communication also on point especially over the Christmas period. would definitely stay again and highley recommend🖒
