there was no breakfast and location amazing

was made to believe before booking that I would be met at reception and no mentioned of no one not meeting me at the hotel or self check in until you've booked. If I knew I would have not booked. I nearly copped a parking fine as there was no parking outside.

Great location.

Advertised with private entry to pool and sauna but door was broken and unusable. Really nice patio but no furniture at all on it so unusable and sunroom to patio door broken and sunroom stank of mould. Hallway outside entry was drenched from rain that never dried in the three nights we were there and the hallway stank. No bins in the bathrooms. No pool towels.

Spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment. Good carpark and affordable. Bathrooms were modern and clean.

The mattresses and pillows are atrocious! So uncomfortable and cheap!!! Everything was very basic. There were no extra considerations. Really needs better quality furniture including couch and bedding. There were hardly any kitchen utensils and items to cook with and what they did have was extremely poor quality and worn. I would not stay here again.
