apartment was clean, spacious, good facilities and great price!

the only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the key pick up and drop off but it really wasn't a big deal

Great pool and spa area! Close to city, great communication with host!

The fresh air

The communication with the number u call for help. The attitude I got .the hoops I jumped through to get a simple answer. The fact that it's on booking.com like Ur getting it through the hotel an it not being on air bnb like all others are and it being such a stuff around to sort out go here fill this out got there log into this now it's a joke

Good location. Nice modern apartment

Kitchen lacking basic cooking and serving options. There was an intermittent but persistent sound of a phone ringing at all hours of the day and night. Only one of three lifts working for the majority of our stay so long wait times for the lift (i.e 15 minutes on our arrival). I appreciate its a private residence in an accomodation block but the staff downstairs were quite rude and unhelpful. Very quick to say that’s a private residence we can’t help you.

Good value for money

The area it is in is pretty unsavoury. The unit wasn’t very clean and there was a big wet patch on the carpet next to the bed. It was hard to pick up key.when I rang to clarify how to pick it up initially no one answered.
